We Only Offer Store Credit For Returns.  We Do Not Issue Refunds To Original Method Of Payment.

We hope this encourages you to take time in selecting your purchases and feel free to contact our stylists with any questions regarding size and styling.  Store credit never expires and new items arrive daily.  This will assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.

Returns

You have 14 days from Fulfillment Date to return merchandise for Store Credit. If Merchandise is returned after the 14 day return policy time frame, it is ineligible for Store Credit**Merchandise MUST BE unwashed and unworn**ALL original tags MUST be attached to the garment**Shoes MUST be unworn, free of scuffs or marks and be in the original packaging (box)**DO Not ship back shoes using original shoe box. PLEASE Use a protective box!  A damaged original shoe box makes the item ineligible for Store Credit**Store Credit CANNOT be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning you cannot apply the Store Credit before we have actually issued it to you**We DO NOT hold items for returns or exchanges**If an item is ineligible (FINAL SALE ITEM OR PAST THE POLICY TIME FRAME) for return and it is included in the return, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you at YOUR cost**

Exchanges

We ONLY offer exchanges for the same item, different size, if available.  E-mail us at info@goheadoverheels.com to initiate the Exchange.  Please ship your item to Head Over Heels Fashion Lounge 248 Main Street, Salinas CA 93901.  Once received and processed, we will ship the exchanged (correct size) item to you.  

 

What Do I Do If My Item(s) Are Defective Or Damaged?

Damaged or Defective Items will initially be treated similar to Exchanges.  If we have the same item, same size, we will ship that item to you once we've received your damaged or defective item.  If the item is no longer available, a Store Credit will be issued. Contact us immediately at info@goheadoverheels.com to initiate the Exchange.  A photo of the damage would be helpful for quicker processing.    Return the item to:  Head Over Heels Fashion Lounge 248 Main Street, Salinas CA 93901.

What Is The Process For My Return?

Once we receive your returned item within the return policy time-frame, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we received your eligible return items.  We will inspect and process the items for return and notify you of your Store Credit eligibility.  Once approved, a Store Credit will be emailed to the e-mail address that was originally used for the purchase only.  

How Will I Receive My Store Credit?

Expect an e-mailed E-Gift Card once your return has been received, sorted, inspected and processed. The Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Store Credit?

Approval of Returns and Exchanges + Store Credit issuing times will vary based on your location.  Please be patient with us while we process your returns.  We will be diligent in processing your returns in a timely fashion and will communicate with you via e-mail. 

Where Do I Send My Return To + What Do I Include?

Please do not ship your return to the manufacturer.  Only send to address above.  The packing slip for your item MUST be included along with the items you are authorized to return.  Any additional items returned not listed on the packing slip will not be eligible for a RETURN and will not be reflected on your Store Credit.

Who Is Responsible For Return Shipping Cost?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What Do I Do If I Don't Receive My Store Credit Via E-Mail?

Please be sure to double check your E-Mail Inbox and Spam Folders. If you still are unable to locate your Store Credit, e-mail us at info@goheadoverheels.com immediately and we will work diligently to find it for you. If we aren't able to locate or re-send it to you, we will cancel the original Store Credit and re-issue another one to you.

What Items Are Considered Final Sale?

Accessories including jewelry, scarves, handbags, sunglasses + belts, bodysuits + intimates and Last Chance, Flash Sale + Clearance Items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.  Books + Stationery, Body Care such as soaps, lotions and perfumes are not eligible for Return or Exchanges. E-Gift Cards CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  

What If My Item Was A Gift And I Don't Have The Original Packing Slip?

If your purchase was marked as "GIFT" at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we will process your Return or Exchange as described above.  You will need to contact us at info@goheadoverheels.com to initiate the process.

If your item was NOT marked as a "GIFT" at the time of purchase and your gift is shipped to the "Gift Giver", Only that person will be authorized to receive Store Credit for the item(s) returned.  

Use A Trackable System For Your Return

Please use a trackable shipping process for your returns to guarantee we receive your Returned item(s).  We are not liable for lost product in delivery if a trackable system is not used.
